Karnataka International Film Festival, is an annual film festival which will be held in Hubballi – Dharwad, an administrative district of the state of Karnataka in southern India, and is the cultural headquarters of North Karnataka. It previews films of all genres including documentaries from around the world. For the first time, it was held for 3 days from 8th  to 10th  December 2022 organized by Nava-Karnataka Film Academy in collaboration with other organizations and was supported by the Government of Karnataka. More than 40 films were screened during the festival.

The 2nd Karnataka International Film Festival – 2022, was organized on 8th, 9th and 10th December 2022 by Nava Karnataka Film Academy. More than 186 films were screened and awarded during the festival.
The 3rd Karnataka International Film Festival – 2023, was organized by Nava Karnataka Film Academy, took place on the 23rd and 24th of December 2023. Over 145 films have been submitted, and selected films will receive awards during the festival.
Now, as the anticipation builds, we are thrilled to announce the upcoming 4th KIFF-2024 Scheduled for December 13th, 14th, and 15th, 2024, this edition promises to transcend the boundaries of cinematic artistry. With a legacy of celebrating diverse voices and narratives, KIFF will continue to serve as a platform for sharing stories from around the world.
